Oh, MAN!

And we're off to a great start this morning. You would think a kid who just got his first black eye wouldn't be so happy. The less than great thing about this is he got it trying to walk independently and it has been 4 month in the making to build his confidence up enough to try. He had just taken 3 steps on his own (YAY!) and decided to take off with Mom out of reach. :( I hope he isn't discouraged, but I will totally understand if he is.

I am always impressed with this kids resiliency. When it happened he cried hard, wouldn't let me look at him only comfort him, then 2 minutes later his composure was back and he was totally over it. I hate that he wont let me look at his injuries because I always get mislead by how quickly he gets over it.

Oh no - Hey - if I remember - I'm bringing our new Juppy baby walker to the playdate for anyone to try :)
Max isn't quite ready for it, but I think it will be good once he is.

Poor little guy! That's a good battle scar! How has his confidence been since? I hope he is still brave~
