-Last week was a lot of worry and stress as I tried to prepare for teaching. Aaron was so helpful and is the only reason my room was ready to go this morning.
-I made it through the first day of school with some really delightful kids. They were all scared to death so I didn't have to deal with any bad behavior today...soon enough I'm sure. They're going to be really easy in comparison to last year.
-Sydney has surgery tomorrow to be neutered. I know this is a really simple and safe procedure, but I'm still nervous.
-And of course the World Series has been consuming all other free time. We've loved cheering for the Rays... until last night that is. We're praying for a miracle tonight.
Sorry this list isn't more exciting, but now you know why there hasn't been much posted lately- I'm working really hard to try to have a wonderful school year. I'm so excited to be teaching again! Although, I was so nervous this morning that this is how I felt:
