My Thankful Heart

Tonight, like many nights, I am overwhelmed with the gratitude that fills my heart! As each of these blessings comes to mind I find myself silently thanking God for each one.

Priya & Porter their baby/toddler hood. I'm so grateful they're little. Aaron, y'all know what he means to me. True Love for each one of my family members stronger then I could have ever imagined and unique to each of them. Christmas time, Jesus Christ, the Atonement and the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Friends, Parents, Young Women,a Great Ward family, a Home that is bursting with happiness warm and fussy. Inspiration, answered prayers. Yes even trials and lessons hard learned from them. Companionship, hope, Christmas tree glow, Parents, scriptures, service... Ect. Ect. Ect. You know the feeling I'm talking about. Where you find yourself in awe of God's kindness and grace. Things aren't always perfect but that doesn't mean there isn't oodles to be grateful for and happy about.

I'm just really feeling so blessed and that makes me want to tell someone. I thought maybe a status on FB, but No that just seems like bragging. Blog post also feels like bragging, but I wanted to tell myself so I wrote it. This list of blessings could go on, and on, and on. Remember Meg how blessed you are when you fell alone, tired, picked on or overwhelmed. You are blessed!

I hope the blessings in your life are filling you with strength as well. I'm praying for a friend who is currently going through an enormous trial. I know Heavenly Father will comfort her, but that doesn't mean it's easy. I pray for those I love to be Happy in their lives as well. Merry Christmas!
