My friend Dani posted this on her blog yesterday (just have to add I love her blog, the photos, stories, little moments, but mostly her lovable family) and I'm pretty sure I've read this somewhere before but the part she took from this really touched me.
I've copied and pasted it here so I have it to look back on:
President Gordon B. Hinckley: "You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of these meaningful, significant things. Some of them may be funny. Some may be of significance only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience."
My favorite line, "Some maybe of significance only to you." This is true for this family and while the blog is far from a complete record it's something I LOVE looking back through.
More posts coming, hopefully another one tonight!

I'm sure you read the quote many times, but it's also the quote that has been right under our header for the last 2 years. It's why we blog!
I miss Pres. Hinckley. I love that quote. And I think it's so important to write things down. Sometimes I don't remember one day to the next so I love looking back on our blog & my journal and reminiscing!
I finally just sent the first 2 yrs of my blog to be printed! I can't wait to get it back - 190 pgs. I would have never written in a journal to track what my little family did those years.
